Our Lace Replacement Service is available exclusively for SB Hair units and covers both frontal and closure replacements.

This service includes removal of your existing lace, a thorough wash and deep conditioning treatment, fitting of new HD lace, knot bleaching, hairline plucking, and basic styling so your unit is returned clean, refreshed, and ready to wear.

Replacement lace is an additional cost — please email us at sbhairofficial@gmail.com before booking so we can confirm sizing, colour, pricing and timelines.

Processing time: Up to 7 working days from receipt of your wig.

Please note: Total turnaround time may be longer as lace must be sourced before your service begins. We will confirm timelines with you via email before you send your unit.

Book your lace replacement service online and complete your order.
You will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your lace requirements, including sizing, availability, and timelines.
Once confirmed, we will advise when to send your wig to ensure it arrives in line with your lace.
Send your wig to us using a tracked delivery service.
Processing time begins once both your wig and lace have been received.
Your wig is securely packaged and returned to you.
