Refund policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Our wigs and products go through quality control before being shipped to ensure they meet our high standards. However, In the event you experience any issues please contact us within 48 hours. Adjustments can only be made up to 7 workings days following the packages delivery.

The wig must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging to be considered for any potential solutions. Any alterations such as cutting the lace, brushing out, cutting or bleaching the wig, as well as any odours, will render the item ineligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. Resolution will be assessed on a case by case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. 

Please be aware SB Hair is not responsible for damage and mistreatment of wigs. It is important to handle and care for your wig properly in order to maintain the quality and longevity. We recommend seeking professional assistance for colouring or installation to ensure that it is done safely and correctly. If you have any questions or concerns about how to care for your wig, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Bundles and Laces

For bundles and laces purchases, we offer a 7 day window for initiating a refund or exchange process. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the items must be in the same condition as when received, sealed and unaltered. Once we receive the items back, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the necessary requirements. Refunds will be issued within 5 - 7 working days upon approval of the return.

Returns can only be initiated by request via our email, please email us at Sbhairofficial@email.com with the subject "Returns" and we will review and assess to see if it's eligible. We advise using a tracked service when sending back the items.


Services

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order to inquire if cancellation is possible. Cancellations cannot be considered or processed after this timeframe.
