All processing times refer to the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch, delivery timeframes begin once your order is on its way. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match at checkout, as orders with mismatched details may be cancelled and refunded for security reasons.


Units

  • Signature Collection — Up to 28 working days. Each unit is crafted using ethically sourced hair and requires additional time.
  • Essentials Collection — Up to 21 working days.
  • Ready to Ship — 1–3 working days.


Services Processing times begin from the date we receive your wig/hair, not your booking date.

  • Wash & Condition — Up to 7 working days.
  • Lace Replacement — Up to 7 working days.
  • Wig Construction — Up to 7 working days.
  • Wig Reconstruction — Up to 10 working days.

Bundles & Laces Up to 10 working days before dispatch.


Accessories 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
  • Europe: 2–5 working days
  • International (USA, Canada & Rest of World): 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the courier's system.

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are outside of our control and vary by location, we recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order. Please also note that customs processing may affect delivery timeframes.

We take great care to ensure all orders are securely packaged and dispatched within the stated timeframe. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. We are therefore unable to accept liability for delays, lost or stolen parcels, or any circumstances outside of our control, including customs processing.
