Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match when placing your order. For security reasons, orders with mismatched billing and shipping details will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Signature Collection / Custom Units: Please allow up to 28 working days before shipping, as the hair is ethically sourced and requires additional time.
  • Essentials Collection: Please allow up to 21 working days before shipping.
  • Ready-to-Ship Units: Please allow 1–3 working days before shipping.

Services

  • Basic Wig Construction: Please allow up to 7 working days for your wig to be created before shipping.
  • Revamp Services: Please allow up to 7 working days for your service to be completed before shipping.

Bundles & Lace Orders: Please allow up to 10 working days before shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
  • Europe: 2–5 working days
  • International (USA, Canada & Rest of World): 3–7 working days

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s system.

Customs&Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
