Our Reconstruction Service is designed for units requiring complete structural restoration.

This service includes full deconstruction of your existing unit, a thorough wash and deep conditioning treatment, and fresh reconstruction on a new wig cap with a new elastic band. Basic styling is included to ensure your unit is returned refreshed and ready to wear.

Processing time: Up to 10 working days from receipt of your wig

  1. Book your service online and complete your order.
  2. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of booking with instructions on where to send your wig.
  3. Send your wig to us using a tracked delivery service.
  4. Once we receive your wig, your processing time begins.
  5. We carry out your service within the stated timeframe.
  6. Your wig is securely packaged and returned to you.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
